By accessing or using TruSanity ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TruSanity.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TruSanity is a job aggregation platform that collects, indexes, and displays job listings from publicly accessible third-party websites and job boards. We provide search, filtering, and discovery tools to help job seekers find relevant opportunities.

TruSanity is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not represent employers or candidates, and we are not party to any employment arrangement that may arise from use of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By using TruSanity, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Platform or other users.

You may use TruSanity solely for:

• Personal, non-commercial job searching and discovery
• Saving and tracking job listings for personal use
• Accessing career-related content and information on the Platform

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or extract data from TruSanity using automated means without our prior written consent
• Use the Platform for any commercial data mining, resale, or redistribution purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Post, transmit, or distribute any false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person, entity, or employer
• Circumvent any security or access control measures
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform

Job listings on TruSanity are aggregated from publicly accessible third-party sources. We display this content as an informational index only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any listing.

TruSanity is not responsible for the content of third-party job listings, the conduct of employers, or the outcome of any job application. All applications are made directly through the Source Platform.

If you are a content owner and believe your content has been aggregated in error or in violation of your rights, please contact legal@trusanity.com with a detailed description and we will respond within 5 business days.

The TruSanity brand, logo, software, design, and original content are the exclusive property of TruSanity and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Job listing content sourced from third parties remains the property of the respective copyright owners. TruSanity claims no ownership over such content.

TruSanity respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@trusanity.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on TruSanity
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with applicable law.

Employers who post jobs directly on TruSanity represent and warrant that:

• All posted information is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• They have the legal authority to post the job vacancy
• Job listings do not discriminate unlawfully based on caste, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics
• They will not use candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment

TruSanity reserves the right to remove any direct listing that violates these representations or our content standards, at our sole discretion.

Your use of TruSanity is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. See our full Disclaimer.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSANITY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 500 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruSanity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other business reason.
